Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to join a well-established civil engineering and surveying firm in Bucks County.

You will lead field crews on boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout projects and coordinate with project managers. The role requires 5+ years in field surveying with crew chief responsibilities, strong knowledge of boundary and construction surveys, and proficiency with GPS/RTK and robotic total stations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field surveying experience with crew chief responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Proficiency with GPS and robotic total station equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and survey plans.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Well-established civil engineering and surveying firm is looking to add an experienced Survey Crew Chief to their growing team in the Bucks County area. This is a great opportunity to lead field operations on a variety of land development, construction, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage survey field crews on boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout projects
• Operate total stations, GPS (RTK), and data collectors
• Interpret plans, plats, and construction documents
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency of field data collection
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and office staff
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper field procedures
