Responsibilities

• Onboard new DMH clients and train new Personal Assistants.
• Evaluate, coach, and celebrate our caregivers alongside the Program Manager.
• Conduct monthly quality checks and help resolve client concerns.
• Provide hands-on DMH shift coverage when needed.
• Support the office and keep care plans and policies on track.
