Job summary

Michels Utility Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead field operations for natural gas utility projects. You will collaborate with project management, crews, subcontractors, and vendors to update schedules, plan work activities, and ensure safe, quality execution.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel. You must be willing to work under a union agreement and abide by safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license for applicable vehicle types and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management, project personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to update schedules and plan work activities.
• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and material to perform planned work.
