Job summary

Michels Utility Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead field teams and coordinate the daily execution of natural gas distribution projects. You’ll partner with project management, subcontractors, and vendors to keep schedules current and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.

You will schedule labor, equipment, and materials, uphold company policies, and serve as a positive role model on site. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management, project personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to update schedules and plan work activities as necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule assignments of labor, equipment, and material to perform the work as planned.
