Job summary

Michels Utility Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead field teams in planning and scheduling labor, equipment, and materials for natural gas utility projects.

You will coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed as planned and in line with safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of related experience, a valid drivers license, the ability to travel, and willingness to work under a union collective bargaining

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience or training.
• Valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Ability to travel.
• AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management, project personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to update schedule and plan work activities as necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule assignments of labor, equipment, and material to perform the work as planned.
