Job summary

Michels Utility Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead field teams in natural gas utility projects. You will collaborate with project management, personnel, subcontractors and vendors to keep schedules updated and to plan work activities as needed.

You will coordinate and schedule labor, equipment and material, guiding crew performance while following safety policies and company requirements. Travel and union participation are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
• A valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles required.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Ability to travel.
