Job summary

Michels Utility Services, Inc. in Wisconsin looks for a Foreman to lead field teams on natural gas distribution projects across our service area.

You will coordinate labor, equipment and materials while working closely with project management, subcontractors and vendors to keep schedules current and work planned safely. Applicants should have 3-5 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to operate under a union collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
• A valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management, project personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to update schedule and plan work activities.
• Coordinate and schedule assignments of labor, equipment, and material to perform the work as planned.
