Rockwell Sterling in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater treatment projects. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and short-term scheduling to keep projects advancing safely and on schedule.

This role demands a strong background in self-performed concrete, piping, and mechanical/equipment installation, with a proven ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity through demanding

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction or Project Superintendent.
• Experience with water/wastewater facilities.
• Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in a demanding project environment.
• Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field operations across assigned projects.
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Maintain a strong focus on site safety and enforce project safety standards.
• Manage manpower, equipment, materials, and short-term scheduling.
• Coordinate construction activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure work is completed to the required quality standards and specifications.
• Work closely with project management and other stakeholders to resolve field issues.
