L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee upgrades to water and wastewater facilities in the Melbourne, FL area.

You will provide daily on-site leadership of field personnel, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on projects ranging from treatment plant improvements to pipeline work. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets and schedules while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems, treatment plants, and construction processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects focused on water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants and pipelines.
• Ability to teach and train others.
• Efficient communication with vendors and subcontractors.
• Detail oriented, responsible for driving construction projects to completion.
• Ensure team and site are adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Oversee daily operations and documentation; lead meetings and manage budgets.
