Travel and relocation may be required to support projects across sites. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in water/wastewater construction with a self-performing GC, a related degree, and a proven ability to mentor field staff while ensuring quality and

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field
• 10+ years of water and wastewater construction experience with a self-performing general contractor
• Willing to travel and/or relocate

Responsibilities

• Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations
• Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule
• Coordinate with project management
• Review job cost and manage labor quantities
• Complete daily and periodic report updates
• Oversee quality control
• Manage subcontractors
• Train craft workers
• Mentor Superintendents
