Job summary

PUSH, Inc. in Montana seeks a Superintendent to lead project execution, mentor Foreman and crews, and coordinate subcontractors, customers, and engineers to meet safety, quality, productivity and profitability goals.

This role requires extensive field leadership, staffing and pre-planning, with daily reporting to the Fleet Manager and active participation in scheduling and change management. Candidates should have at least five years of supervisory experience in utility construction, a valid CDL

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Ability to recruit and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foreman and crews to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Staff projects and recruit talent; promote career advancement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity per OSHA and company standards.
• Review time, invoices, and purchase orders; manage documentation.
• Plan mobilization and pre-planning for crews and equipment.
