Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead crews and operate equipment for utility installation projects. You will oversee safety, scheduling, training, and daily field paperwork while guiding team members toward on-time, quality results.

The role requires supervisory experience in utility construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel is 100% with outdoor work in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Field experience with digging operations around utilities and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and compact track loader.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs, and mentors crews to ensure on-time completion while meeting financial and non-financial objectives.
• Staffs projects, actively recruits new talent, retains existing employees, and promotes career advancement.
• Manages employee relations, recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Recommends subcontractors and initiates training and cross-training.
• Schedules daily activities and takes corrective action to meet deadlines.
• Monitors project performance for productivity, safety, and quality.
• Reviews and approves employee timecards and production reports.
• Maintains daily preventative maintenance on construction equipment and reports issues to Fleet Manager.
• Reports weekly on equipment hours, miles, etc.
