Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is required.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering or construction management required; 1-2 years in a managerial role preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification either current or within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certification required. OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field teams to deliver high-quality results while ensuring safety and on-time project delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Review field documentation and report project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Integrate prefabrication strategies into construction planning when appropriate.

Education

Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
