The role requires an Associate's degree in construction management or engineering, at least 7 years in field engineering or construction management, and 1–2 years in a managerial capacity; OSHA 30 required within 6 months; First Aid/CPR required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; OSHA 30-Hour within 6 months of hire required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads, manages, and develops a field operations team to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are followed; drives continuous improvement.
• Reviews and communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
