Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Manager in Smyrna, GA to lead multi-project site teams and align field execution with project goals.

You will drive safety, quality, and schedule performance, oversee cross-functional collaboration with project managers, trade partners, and clients, and champion process improvements including prefabrication opportunities to optimize outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of field engineering/construction management experience required.
• 2–4 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification preferred; OSHA 30-hour within 6 months of hire required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field operations across multiple projects or regions to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality results.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration among project managers, subcontractors, self-perform crews, and suppliers.
• Develops and enforces enterprise-wide safety, quality, and compliance programs.
• Analyzes productivity metrics, cost reports, and incident trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Represents field teams in portfolio updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder discussions.
• Drives adoption of innovative construction technologies and processes.
