Job summary

Forge Construction in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily and senior living projects. You will drive site execution, uphold safety and quality, and coordinate trades to meet schedule and budget.

This hands-on leader mentors field staff, manages logistics, and oversees turnover from mobilization to final punch. Procore proficiency and OSHA 30 are required; travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years field construction experience.
• 5+ years as Superintendent on multifamily or senior living projects.
• Delivery of ground-up projects ranging $10M–$75M+ on time and within budget.
• Procore used for daily logs and field documentation.
• OSHA 30 certification; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction from mobilization through turnover, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.
• Develop and drive a three-week look-ahead schedule with PM; resolve constraints before affecting critical path.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination for efficient workflow.
• Interpret drawings, codes, and specs; coordinate resolutions with PM.
• Oversee site setup, utilities, signage, and housekeeping for a safe, professional site.
• Lead field team coaching, supervision, and professional development.
