Job summary

MPI in Southern California is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field execution of large-scale multifamily and affordable housing developments. This role manages projects ranging from $40M to $100M+, with emphasis on podium, wrap, and walk-up construction and tight coordination across trades.

The ideal candidate leads the full lifecycle from mobilization through turnover, builds master schedules, drives safety and quality, mentors site staff, and partners with owners,

Qualifications

• Lead all field operations from project start through completion.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Drive production while maintaining quality standards and safety.
• Lead field meetings and provide project updates.
• Identify and resolve field challenges proactively.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
• Manage quality control and project closeout.
