MPI, a national contractor, seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large ground-up multifamily and senior living projects in Southern California. The role manages on-site activities, coordinates subcontractors, and partners with the Project Manager to deliver safe, on-time, high-quality results.

Current assignments range from $60M to $240M across the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, LA, OC and Inland Empire, with a strong backlog, ESOP participation, and a clear path to Senior

Qualifications

• 8+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily experience preferred.
• Experience with senior living, mixed-use, podium, or large commercial projects is a plus.
• Proven success leading projects valued at $40M+.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, quality control, and safety leadership skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site operations.
• Maintain project schedules and conduct regular status reviews.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to deliver successful projects.
