Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Field Superintendent to support the Construction Management team in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee the on-site execution of multifamily and commercial projects, directing subcontractors, monitoring budgets, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

As a Field Superintendent, you will collaborate with the Project Superintendent and vendor partners, driving timely completion while maintaining quality and compliance with building codes and risk management standards.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
Enforce project procedures, safety program requirements, and work rules.
Ensure construction activities progress according to schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quality control and cost management.
Prepare subcontractor work schedules and input to Project Superintendent for schedules.
