Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead multifamily construction projects in Phoenix, ensuring on-site safety, schedule adherence, and quality control. The role reports to the Project Superintendent and requires coordinating with subcontractors to meet budget and timeline targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily or wood-frame supervision, knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with Timberline/Procore.

Qualifications

3 years’ experience as a multifamily or wood frame construction superintendent
Experience utilizing Timberline, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of building codes, risk management, and safety standards
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or related field, preferred
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
Enforce compliance with all project procedures, safety program requirements, and work rules.
Retain a current working knowledge of the Certificate of Occupancy process in communities where performing work.
Ensure construction activities progress according to a pre-determined schedule.
Work directly with all subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality control, cost control, and adherence to the construction schedule.
Complete punch list items in a time frame consistent with the customer's requirements and the project budget.
Prepare subcontractor work schedules and provide input to the Project Superintendent in preparing and updating Project Construction schedules to ensure timely completion.
Ensure project site and company assets are secure and maintain a safe and respectful working environment by implementing safety (OSHA) and risk management standards.
