Job summary

Shaw Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent for the Denver Metro/Colorado Front Range. You will supervise all field operations on complex multifamily and commercial projects, coordinating with the Project Manager and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires leading safety programs, developing site logistics, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. 10+ years of experience in ground-up construction is preferred; a four-year degree is

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of building construction experience at the Superintendent level for ground-up projects between $20M-$100M.
• Multifamily and/or commercial construction experience required.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with drone operation or field documentation technology a plus.
• Strong documentation and paperwork management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities with PM and subcontractors.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate the P6 CPM progress schedule and site plans.
• Establish and enforce a comprehensive project safety & security program.
• Supervise Superintendents and Foremen and mentor field staff.
• Maintain on-site records, submittals, drawings, and inspections.
