Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction projects in Clinton, MS. You will be responsible for safety, scheduling, workforce management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and overall project execution.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, 5+ years in senior supervisory roles, and proven leadership across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• 5+ years as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent.
• Experience with mission critical, data center, manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
• Experience managing large field teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from startup through project completion.
• Manage Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
• Drive project schedules, manpower planning, and site logistics.
• Coordinate with Project Management, owners, engineers, and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Oversee commissioning, punch list, turnover, and closeout activities.
