The role provides hands-on leadership to field personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, collaborating with project management to anticipate challenges, manage resources, and maintain thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record overseeing field operations.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, methods and safety standards.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations with subcontractors and crews.
• Monitor progress to align with milestones and budgets.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure accurate execution.
• Identify scope changes and communicate impacts.
• Maintain field documentation and timesheets.
• Ensure safety through site inspections and compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior superintendents and crew members.
