Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable Superintendent or Lead Foreman experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex jobsite sequencing.
• Thorough knowledge of construction trades and sequencing.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Computer literate; proficiency with digital communication tools and job site documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path sequences for on-time completion.
• Walk project areas daily to monitor progress and plan ahead.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to align work and resolve issues.
• Identify conflicts in progress and communicate solutions to the team.
• Perform on-site quality control inspections and enforce plans and codes.
• Maintain daily site reports and manage documentation and approvals.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance through toolbox talks and site audits.
