Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day site operations for commercial construction projects in Louisville. You’ll coordinate people, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to keep the work on schedule and ensure safety, quality, and on-time execution.

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep field personnel moving in the same direction.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects in Louisville.
• Coordinate people, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to keep work moving.
• Build and maintain project execution and site logistics plans with the project team.
• Coordinate manpower, labor reporting, and field personnel.
• Plan work with the PM and Project Executive and resolve issues before delays.
• Coordinate cranes, trailers, trucks, and other equipment for on-site needs.
• Drive safety, quality, and on-time execution, and handle disputes professionally.
• Assist with setup through work-in-place and demobilization.
