HMH, based in Houston, seeks an engineer to provide technical support for customers and drive safe, efficient operations. You will develop and implement technical solutions, lead root-cause analyses, and collaborate across functions to improve processes and equipment performance.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least two years of experience, and have knowledge of riser inspection, BOP, and topside maintenance. On-site role in Houston, TX.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Production).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Knowledge of riser inspection, BOP, and topside equipment maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for internal and external customers.
• Drive continuous improvement of technical processes, tools, and procedures.
• Review inspection report findings to define maintenance, installation and commissioning scopes.
• Develop, implement, and deploy technical solutions.
• Lead project-related technical efforts, including root-cause analysis and resolution of issues.
• Promote knowledge sharing and support to peers.
• Record execution hours and maintain ticket records per QA procedures.

Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed. # **Summary**Provide technical support and engineering solutions for internal and external customers, ensuring safe and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement and collaborating across functions to deliver customer satisfaction and operational excellence. **Job Responsibilities*** Drive continuous improvement of technical processes, tools, and procedures* Provide technical support for customer issues related to Overhaul & Repair, after-market equipment performance, rig stoppages, and service agreements* Review inspection report findings to define maintenance, installation and commissioning (I&C), and recertification scopes, plans & requirements* Develop, implement, and deploy technical solutions* Lead and support project-related technical efforts, including root-cause analysis and resolution of issues* Promote knowledge sharing and support to peers* Work on other department activities as per workload demand* Ensure adherence to procedures and standards **Deliverables*** Technical (dispositioning) reports and repair plans* Technical Input to Quotation* Certificates, statements of facts* Maintain ticket records in accordance with quality assurance procedures* Accurately record execution hours in the system **Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Production with relevant technical courses)* Minimum 2 years of relevant technical level experience* Knowledge of Riser inspection and maintenance* Knowledge of Blowout Preventer (BOP)* Topside equipment maintenance and operations. **Additional Information:*** Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.* No relocation assistance. **Location - Houston, Tx (JFK)**
