Job summary

HMH is seeking a Field Service Technician in Odessa, TX to safely install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot our automated drilling systems on onshore and offshore rigs. You will apply strong electrical, hydraulic and mechanical skills to keep equipment running and reduce downtime, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include field troubleshooting, installing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with clients to minimize downtime while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with field/service experience.
• HSSE commitment and safety awareness expected.
• Prior field service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and troubleshoot drilling equipment on onshore/offshore rigs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and testing to prevent field issues.
• Interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics for installations.
• Coordinate with clients and service managers to minimize downtime.
• Maintain HSE compliance and proper PTW procedures during field work.
