Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience explaining technical information through instruction, mentoring, safety talks, or onboarding.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial electrical or controls experience.
• Ability to develop structured training, onboarding programs, procedures, or standardized work.
• Experience documenting training or qualification records.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-based control systems and motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve structured training programs covering electrical fundamentals, controls, PLCs, motor controls, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver classroom, shop-based, and field-based instruction with hands-on demonstrations.
• Mentor technicians and evaluate understanding through practical demos and assessments.
• Maintain training records, qualification status, and refresher schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering and OEMs to update training materials as equipment evolves.
