You will learn reading schematics, troubleshooting faults, and participate in hands-on equipment maintenance on overhead cranes and hoists. You will grow through mentorship, structured training, and increasing technical responsibility while traveling to customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Foundational electrical knowledge and willingness to learn PLC-based controls.
• Ability to read basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured electrical fundamentals training.
• Learn to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
• Develop knowledge of PLC inputs/outputs and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with field visits and customer-site activities as assigned.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
