Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair Culligan products in residential and commercial settings. Our products include water softeners, drinking water systems, and solutions for problem water.

The Service Technician's responsibilities include repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installation of equipment, ensuring quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment efficiently
• Install, upgrade, and maintain water treatment systems
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork
• Assist with product delivery and installation
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Communicate positively with customers and uphold company reputation
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Work in Indiana and Illinois locations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Plumbing experience highly preferred
• At least two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lift/move equipment weighing 50-75 lbs
