Job summary

HMH is seeking a Field Service Technician in Odessa, Texas to safely install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our automated drilling systems and related third-party equipment on onshore/offshore rigs. You will apply technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to optimize performance and reduce inefficiencies.

You will train customers and crews on safe operation, support equipment installations with engineering drawings, and promote adherence to HSE policies while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 2.5 years of experience in a technical or field services role.
• Commitment to Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE).
• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Service Manager on day-to-day management and long-range stewardship.
• Testing and repairing equipment by travelling to customer locations.
• Providing troubleshooting and installation of equipment.
• Attending to customer needs as required.
• Ensuring equipment is functional after service.
• Coordinate with Client to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
