Job summary

HMH is seeking a Field Service Technician in Odessa, TX to safely install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our automated drilling systems on onshore and offshore rigs. You will interpret engineering drawings, perform installations, and provide customer training on safe operation.

The role requires a HSSE commitment, 2.5+ years in technical field service, and strong problem-solving skills. Travel and on-site support are expected, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 2.5 years of technical or field services experience.
• Commitment to Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE).
• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician.

Responsibilities

• Safely install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HMH’s automated drilling systems on onshore/offshore rigs.
• Travel to customer locations for testing and repair of equipment.
• Provide troubleshooting and perform equipment installation as needed.
• Coordinate with clients to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure PTW and JSA compliance during operations.
