Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Technical Diploma.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and repair equipment and tools for customers.
• Handle customer comments, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Provide sales support and keep customers informed on all job aspects.
• Complete Field Service Orders and other revenue-related docs on time.
• Report quality issues and equipment/Procedural defects to Service Mgmt.
• Document field activities and project issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare safety-related docs and pursue safe work practices.
• Mentor or train less experienced technicians and customers when needed.
• Travel frequently to customer sites across West Texas, with overnight stays as required.
