Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve structured training programs for electrical fundamentals, PLCs, and motor controls.
• Deliver classroom, shop-based, and field-based instruction and demonstrations.
• Mentor technicians and assess progress through hands-on demos and written assessments.
• Coordinate with Engineering and OEMs to keep training content up-to-date with equipment changes.
• Maintain training records, qualification matrices, and refresher schedules.
