Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to support a U.S. Army prototype program in Dearborn, MI with nine months of initial training and extended field support across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Fort Bragg.

The role requires a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and extensive travel to support testing, maintenance, and field operations. The Senior FSR will diagnose, repair, and validate vehicle systems, coordinate with OEM teams, and assist in operator training and

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance.
Estimated seven years of military vehicle or related maintenance experience.
Ability to document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports.
Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with operators, maintainers, customers, and engineers.
Willingness to travel extensively and support long TDYs.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on prototype vehicle systems.
Support vehicle build events and gain familiarity with platform configurations.
Conduct pre-test inspections, readiness assessments, and operator training support.
Assist with validation of maintenance procedures, manuals, and training materials.
Document failures, corrective actions, and readiness impacts.
Coordinate with Government and OEM personnel to minimize downtime.
