Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret security clearance required; ability to maintain clearance throughout employment.
• Minimum 10 years of military vehicle maintenance, field service, sustainment, logistics, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service operations for a four-person team.
• Develop staffing plans and daily work assignments.
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple test locations.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair of prototype vehicles.
• Manage readiness reporting, inventory documentation, and training support.
• Support KPI tracking and customer status meetings.
