Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Field Service Representative to support a U.S. Army prototype program. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and operator training on prototype vehicle systems and assist with publications and readiness activities.

This role requires approximately nine months of training in Dearborn, MI, with extended travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground or Fort Bragg. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Active Secret security clearance required; ability to maintain clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of military vehicle or related maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automotive systems.
• Experience performing field-level maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on prototype vehicle systems.
• Support vehicle build events and gain familiarity with platform configurations.
• Conduct pre-test inspections, readiness assessments, and documentation.
• Assist with operator training, familiarization, and user assessments.
• Validate operator manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical publications.
• Support inventory management, parts accountability, and readiness reporting.
• Document failures, corrective actions, and readiness impacts.
• Coordinate with Government and OEM personnel to minimize downtime.
