Qualificações

• HVAC and building systems knowledge required.
• Experience with system integration, networking, and software interfaces.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Commissioning Control Systems
• Install software, checkout control systems, start-up and commission, fine-tune operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and meet specifications.
• Perform Open systems and/or 3rd party integrations
• Complete technician work under estimated hours and within time frame.
• Manage scope and protect financial impact; obtain change orders when needed.
• Follow Configuration Management policy and back-up changes.
• Coordinate with trades, contractors, and Honeywell engineering.
• Coordinate with trades and contractors to complete commissioning tasks.
• Set up and assign work to balancer as required.
• Coordinate with Solution Design Center or local engineer.
• Be able to manage projects and oversee customer management.
• Conduct system functional training and obtain sign-off.
• Support sales/project manager on surveys and retrofit layouts.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Regulatory compliance.
• Carry out hazard/risk assessments and report opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain documentation and Honeywell assets.
• Be aware of security clearances and customer requirements.
• Travel within service area; occasional overnight stays.
• Driving record acceptable to Honeywell.
