Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Charlotte/Raleigh seeks a Lead Field Service Technician to direct field service teams delivering advanced separation and purification solutions. You will commission control systems, coordinate with contractors, and ensure on-time, within-spec work while supporting sales with retrofit opportunities.

Travel up to 75% across the Southern U.S. and Caribbean; valid license required; strong HVAC/controls knowledge a must.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in engineering or HVAC-related field.
• 3+ years in building systems, networking, and software interfaces.
• 3+ years experience with system integration and HVAC controls.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Commission control systems: install, startup, and fine-tune per specs.
• Coordinate with trades and contractors to complete commissioning tasks.
• Provide customer training, demonstrations, and sign-offs per contract.
• Support sales on surveys and retrofit opportunities; manage changes.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and project documentation.
