Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC installation practices, codes and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring installers in the field.
- Ability to diagnose issues and provide practical solutions on-site.
Responsibilities
- Review active job sites to ensure installations meet quality standards, codes, and best practices.
- Serve as first contact for technical issues or unexpected field conditions.
- Provide hands-on support on complex installations as needed.
- Identify quality issues and address them directly with installers in the field.
- Help ensure jobs are completed correctly the first time and reduce callbacks.
