Job summary
Viviano Heating & Cooling, the residential arm of Airco Service Company, is seeking a skilled HVAC Install Journeyman in Collinsville, IL. You will install, start up, and commission residential and light commercial systems, ensuring quality, safety, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to install ductwork, gas piping, wiring & refrigerant lines.
- Strong understanding of system layout and manufacturer instructions.
- Solid troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver’s license and good communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform HVAC installation work.
Responsibilities
- Install residential & light commercial HVAC systems.
- Install ductwork, vents, air handlers, condensers & furnaces.
- Braze, solder, press, and run refrigerant lines.
- Wire low-voltage and line-voltage connections.
- Perform system startup, charging, testing & commissioning.
- Read and follow blueprints and manufacturer specs.
- Diagnose initial installation issues and make corrections.
- Maintain clean work areas and proper documentation.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Support apprentices or helpers as needed.
