Qualifications

• 3–5+ years HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to install ductwork, gas piping, wiring & refrigerant lines.
• Strong understanding of system layout and manufacturer instructions.
• Solid troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and good communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform HVAC installation work.

Responsibilities

• Install residential & light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install ductwork, vents, air handlers, condensers & furnaces.
• Braze, solder, press, and run refrigerant lines.
• Wire low-voltage and line-voltage connections.
• Perform system startup, charging, testing & commissioning.
• Read and follow blueprints and manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose initial installation issues and make corrections.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper documentation.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Support apprentices or helpers as needed.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime during peak seasons.
