Job summary

Verto People Ltd in Miami, Florida is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to oversee installation projects, coordinate site activities and lead field teams on large commercial HVAC projects. Qualifications

Demonstrated experience supervising HVAC field teams on commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of ductwork, piping, DX systems and HVAC equipment.
Ability to travel between local job sites and manage multiple crews.

Responsibilities

Supervise HVAC technicians, installers and subcontractors across multiple projects.
Coordinate daily site activities and labour requirements to keep projects on schedule.
Monitor progress, quality and installation standards on site.
Ensure safety and adherence to company procedures.
Communicate updates with project managers and leadership.
