Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services unit is seeking a Lead Mobile Maintenance Technician based in the Carlsbad, NM area. You will lead technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment, mentor staff, and design solutions for complex problems while managing projects within an Operations Maintenance context.

Responsibilities include safe operation, preventive maintenance oversight, and collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lead a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems in the building.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours and parts used.
• Provide feedback on work order discrepancies.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Allocate job plans for emergency repairs and maintenance.
• Mentor team members and ensure high standards.
