Job summary

Loaf N Jug in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Inventory Audit Specialist to produce store inventory results and help prevent shrink across locations. You will lead or support a small audit team and coach store managers on audit readiness.

The role requires full-time hours, early starts, travel between stores, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to delivering accurate results and protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is HS Diploma or GED; Associate's preferred.
• Experience in retail leadership roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support an audit process of 1–3 Field Audit Control Specialists to conduct a physical inventory.
• Evaluate inventory conditions and coach Store Managers on audit readiness standards.
• Produce immediate audit results by comparing physical inventory to book balances and adjust accordingly.
• Research inventory results using reports and vendor data to correct paperwork at store level.
• Evaluate the Manager’s execution on Shrink Standards using reports and feedback.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, accuracy and speed.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
