Kwik Shop seeks an Inventory Audit Specialist to oversee store inventories, detect discrepancies, and ensure shrink standards are met nationwide. You will lead audits, coach managers, and act to maintain accuracy across multiple locations.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to travel, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced retail environment. HS Diploma or GED is required; Associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Associates degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to deliver feedback professionally and coach store staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support physical inventories and audits across stores.
• Count and verify merchandise, determine net inventory loss/gain.
• Review and correct paperwork to reflect accurate store audits.
• Monitor adherence to shrink standards and readiness per guidelines.
• Communicate audit results to store managers and support teams.
• Travel long distances daily and be available for overnight trips.
• Work 40–45 hours per week with early start times.
