Loaf N Jug is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Audit Specialist to protect store assets and ensure accurate reporting across locations. You will lead field audits, coach store teams, and ensure compliance with shrink standards.

Eligible candidates have a HS diploma or GED, retail leadership or inventory auditing experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel. This is a full‑time role with early start times. Join a fast‑paced retail environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred (guest service leadership, shift supervisor, or keyholder).
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Inventory auditing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support an audit process for field audit specialists to conduct inventories.
• Evaluate inventory conditions and teach store managers on readiness standards.
• Produce immediate audit results by comparing physical inventory to book balance and adjusting figures.
• Research inventory results and correct paperwork using reports and supplier data.
• Evaluate adherence to shrink standards and provide professional feedback.
• Travel to company locations to perform audits; maintain 40–45 hour weeks.
