Kwik Shop Inc. is seeking an Inventory Audit Specialist to produce accurate store inventory results and alert leadership to issues. You will count, scan, and verify items including overstocks and damaged goods, then adjust records and communicate results to store teams.

The role requires strong communication, audit experience, and willingness to travel for daily store visits. Full-time, on-site with varying early hours.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to deliver feedback professionally and motivationally.
• Comfortable working with store teams and audit staff.
• Willingness to travel long distances daily and overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support an audit process for 1–3 Field Audit Control Specialists.
• Count and verify store inventory; review discrepancies and adjust records.
• Evaluate inventory readiness against shrink standards and coach managers.
• Produce immediate audit results; reconcile with book balance and cost.
• Research discrepancies using reports and vendor data.
