Qualifications
Hold active Idaho qualified personnel testing qualifications for the Idaho Transportation Department.
Able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions over rough terrain.
Proficient with photographic and written documentation.
Responsibilities
Inspect, observe, and document the work in progress by the contractor.
Prepare daily reports to document work progress and site conditions.
Act as a liaison between the Engineer, Owner, and Contractor.
Skills
IQP certifications
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Accurate record-keeping
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with public works construction processes
Education
High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of construction experience
Western Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction certifications
