Qualifications

• 5 plus years of experience in multi-discipline special inspections.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Hold ICC and/or ACI certifications in at least three areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess alignment with building codes.
• Perform QA/QC tests on construction materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Education
